Canceling Order
You may cancel your order at any time before production starts by contacting us at sales@cryobuilt.com and expressing your decision to withdraw. We will process your decision and promptly refund you the full deposit amount via the method of initial payment less a handling and restocking fee.

How cold do CryoBuilt chambers get?
The interior cabin temperature is adjustable from feeling like -145F to -175F. These settings can be adjusted for each client/user for a personalized cryo session.
What is the difference between models?
CryoBuilt offers several different models and trim package options to allow you to match your needs and budget for the best possible cryo chamber option for YOU.
The Everest line of cryo chambers from CryoBuilt includes the Peak, Ridge, Pinnacle, and Summit. Of the Everest models, the Peak and Ridge are the most popular, offering various trim packages to fit any need and budget.
Everest trim packages include the Alpine and Vista packages. The Alpine package focuses more on necessities such as temperature and performance while being budget friendly. The Vista package is a fully loaded package with all of the bells and whistles at a more premium price for those that want the best of the best!

Can these systems be customized?
Yes! We offer hundreds of color options as well as interior and exterior skins and textures. We can also alter the size and orientation of any system to fit your location.
What is the CryoBrain?
The CryoBrain is the mechanical part of the system that you don't see but does most of the work to cool your chamber and communicate back with our tech support team and your app.
Do I need a separate room for the CryoBrain?
We can certainly accomodate installing the CryoBrain in a separate room such as a machine room, or the CryoBrain can be placed directly next to the chamber, up to you!
What is included in the warranty?
Our warranty and service plans are all-inclusive of all parts, labor, shipping, remote monitoring, tech support, hardware/firmware updates, and more! We also have technicians in every city and state in the US so you wont have to wait around for service when you need it!
